How do I RSVP?

Where and when is the wedding?

All of this information is available on your printed invitation. It can also be found here including information about our welcome party the night before the wedding. To access that information, you’ll need the password printed on your invitation. Can’t find that? Rachel or Jeremy can provide you with it - just reach out.

It’s easy! Either mail back the RSVP card in the provided envelope or you can RSVP on our website. For the website, you’ll need the password printed on your invitation. We ask that you kindly RSVP by August 14.

Can I bring a guest? Are my kids welcome?

On your RSVP card, it details the number of seats we have reserved in your honor. It goes without saying that we love our friend’s kids but we also want to make sure that our guests can fully enjoy themselves. If we have a spot for your kid, they are included in the number of seats reserved for you. Are you traveling with your kid but want to have a kid free night? Let us know - we are happy to provide recommendations for childcare.

Will the wedding be outdoors?

While Seattle in September is not the rainy season - and temperatures are normally in the 70s, it is Seattle. Yes, if the weather cooperates, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside. Dinner and dancing will be inside. We get that the weather can be unpredictable - we have plans for that. Show up - rain or shine - and be ready to have fun.

What should I wear?

Seattle isn’t know for high fashion - and we don’t expect you to show up in Black Tie. Cocktail attire seems appropriate, but we also want our guests to feel comfortable. We trust you to use your best judgement. Ladies, if you want to wear heels - feel free. There will be yard games in the grass during cocktail hour, but outside of that the rest of the evening is on hard surfaces.

Where should we stay if we are traveling to Seattle?

We opted not to do a hotel room block. Seattle has a variety of options, for all price points. We encourage you to find a location that fits your needs. Our venue is centrally located downtown - you may not even need a car! Need a little guidance? We have some recommendations here.

Do you have a registry?

Your love and support is the best gift of all. If you wish to help us upgrade some of our well-loved items or contribute to our honeymoon fund, it’s appreciated but not expected. Our registries are linked here.

What if I RSVP’d and something came up?

We get it - things happen. Please let Jeremy or Rachel know ASAP so we can adjust accordingly.

I have a question that’s not listed.

No worries - reach out to Jeremy or Rachel. We are happy to answer any questions that arise.
